Log into your ZENT Care account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
